Terms of Service

Lucky 7 Motorsports (“we,” “us”) operates lucky-7-motorsports.com from Milton, Florida.

Orders
Parts are made to order. Placing an order is a request for us to build that part, not a purchase of stock on a shelf. Production starts after payment is received.

Shipping times
The shipping speed you choose at checkout is transit time only. It does not include production time.

Payments
Orders must be paid in full before production begins. Dealer discounts: full discount requires bank wire or check. Other payment methods reduce the dealer discount by 3%.

Fitment
You are responsible for confirming year, make, model, and generation before you order. Call (850) 665-4609 if you are not sure.

Custom work
Custom colors and custom designs are built to your request and cannot be canceled once production has started. Some LED covers cannot be customized.

Cancellations
If production has started, canceled orders are refunded minus a 30% fee.

Returns
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order parts. If we built the wrong part or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Returns, Refunds, and Warranty page.

Warranty
Most products include a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original buyer, unless a listing says otherwise. Warranty does not cover crash damage, improper install, or modifications.

Intellectual property
Lucky 7 designs, photos, and logos belong to us. Do not copy or resell them.

Site use
Don’t misuse the site, attempt to break it, or scrape it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
