Returns, refunds, and warranty

Made to order
Almost everything we sell is built after you order it. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong year/make/model.

Our error
If we built the wrong part or it arrives damaged from shipping, email photos to Lucky7motosports@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Wrong item ordered
If you ordered the wrong part, we can often exchange it. You pay return shipping and shipping on the correct part. Contact us before you send anything back.

Cancellations
Due to the amount of time and cost spent to fabricate each product, we cannot refund the full amount for canceled orders. All canceled orders will be refunded minus a 30% cancelation fee.

Warranty
Most parts have a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original buyer. It does not cover:
- Crash damage, abuse, or neglect
- Improper install
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear
- Lost hardware

Exchanges for a warranty claim
Email Lucky7motosports@gmail.com first. Do not ship a part back until we say to.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we made the error. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks can take several days to show it.
