We collect information you give us when you order, make an account, fill out a form, email, or call. That can include name, email, phone, shipping address, and machine year/make/model.

Payment cards are processed by Shopify and the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

The site also uses cookies and similar tools for the cart, login, analytics, and ads. Shopify shows a separate privacy-choices / cookie notice for that. We cannot edit that notice.

We use this information to fill orders, ship parts, answer questions, improve the shop, and meet legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with services that run the store for us, such as Shopify, shipping carriers, and payment or financing tools. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Sponsored riders and affiliates

We use UpPromote to help manage our invitation-only sponsored-rider and affiliate program. If you participate, we collect the information you provide to register and administer your account, which may include your name, email address, contact details, social media profiles, and payment information needed to pay commissions. We use this information to communicate with you, manage your participation, track referrals, calculate and pay commissions, and maintain business records.

When customers follow an affiliate link, cookies and similar tracking tools may be used to connect visits and eligible purchases to the referring rider. Referral records may include the affiliate identifier, order information, purchase amount, and commission status. We use these records to administer the program and review its performance. Cookie and privacy choices, browser settings, and device changes can affect referral tracking.

We share information needed to operate the program with UpPromote and, where applicable, services used to process commission payments. We retain program information as needed to administer participation, resolve payment questions, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Sponsored riders and affiliates can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by emailing Lucky7motosports@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
