Things to keep in mind: Custom orders are still custom, therefore take longer to fabricate and ship. Once you place an order, you will be sent an email with confirmation to the email address you provide during check out. No other status updates will be given until your products are packed and ready to ship. At that time, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
Due to the amount of time and cost spent to fabricate each product, we cannot refund the full amount for canceled orders. All canceled orders will be refunded minus a 30% cancelation fee.
